According to the regional court in Bielefeld, the lady acquired deeper feelings for her partner, which were not recognized by the guy, who was happy with their relationship’s casual nature.

The woman appeared in court in the German city of Bielefeld where she made legal history in the country according to Judge Astrid Salewski

After that, the man filed criminal charges against her, and she later acknowledged manipulating her partner.

According to DW.com, the court was unsure as to what to charge the woman with.

Judge Astrid Salewski said: ‘We have written legal history here today.’

‘Stealing,’ according to Judge Salewski, usually entails men removing or destroying their c*ndom during intercourse.

‘This rule also applies in the reverse circumstance,’ she told the court. Without the man’s knowledge or agreement, the c*ndoms were made useless.

The woman was initially charged with rape, but the charges were ultimately lowered to s*xual assault. She was sentenced to six months in prison.
