Let’s call it a cheat day! The moment a personal trainer discovered his wife “cheating on him” with a homeless man was captured on video. The churchgoer’s wife informed a friend that she had received a “message from God” to “help” the rough sleeper.

Eduardo Alves is seen on CCTV approaching a parked car and peering through the windscreen, only to discover his partner inside with another guy. Enraged, he beats his fists against the window, then opens the car door and climbs inside to beat the man. The wife, a churchgoer, later told a friend she had received a ‘message from God’ to ‘help’ the rough sleeper.

The incident occurred in the early hours of March 10 in the Jardim Roriz neighborhood of Brazil’s Federal District.

According to Metropoles, Mr. Alves’ wife and mother-in-law had left the house to assist the guy who was homeless.

She wasn’t answering her phone when Mr. Alves was trying to contact her.

The personal trainer later saw his wife’s automobile parked near a primary school. He came discovered the jaw-dropping scene after approaching the vehicle.

Mr. Alves is seen delivering a beating to the homeless man, who then exits the vehicle, according to CCTV footage.

Mr. Alves, on the other hand, pursues him and drags him back to the car, where he is beaten again. His wife is later seen lying on the ground outside the automobile, visibly distressed by the circumstance.

Mr. Alves allegedly told police that he originally thought he was seeing a rape via the windscreen.

His wife, whose name was not released, informed officers that the relationship she had with the man at the time was consensual.

She informed the cops that she enjoys assisting vulnerable individuals through her church.

Later, she allegedly informed a friend that she had received a ‘message from God’ to aid the homeless man she had been caught with.

With injuries and two black eyes, the homeless man was rushed to the hospital. According to reports, he is recovering nicely from his injuries. The matter is still being investigated by the Federal District Civil Police (Brazil’s investigative police department).
